INTERIOR PAINTING
Interior Painting in Sarasota, FL
Walls, ceilings, trim, and doors — patched, primed, and painted by the same owner-operated crew, backed by 17+ years of experience. Serving Sarasota, Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, and Longboat Key with furniture covered, floors protected, and a final walkthrough before we leave.
Overview
Interior Painting That Starts With Preparation
Most of an interior repaint is not painting. It’s filling nail holes, sanding patches smooth, caulking gaps in trim, and priming stains so they never bleed back through. We do that work first on every interior painting job in Sarasota, Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, and Longboat Key — because paint only hides what’s underneath for a few months.
One crew handles the whole room: walls, ceilings, trim, baseboards, and doors. If a wall needs more than a patch, we handle the wall repairs before painting ourselves instead of sending you to find another contractor.
We work with Sherwin-Williams paints matched to each surface — scrubbable finishes for hallways, moisture-resistant paint for kitchens and baths. Every job carries our 2-year warranty on materials and workmanship.

Work areas scheduled around your hours, including phased and after-hours painting.
In detail
SURFACE PROTECTION AND CLEAN FINISHING
Interior painting happens where you live or work, so how the crew treats the space matters as much as the paint. We set up each room before we open a can, keep paths clear, and close out each day with tools stored and floors swept.
Clean finishing is what you notice up close: straight cut lines where wall meets ceiling, trim without drips or brush drag, no paint on outlets, hinges, or floors. We check every one of those details with you during the Final Review.
KEY POINTS: Drop cloths on floors, plastic over furniture that stays · Outlet covers, switch plates, and hardware removed or masked · Gaps between trim and wall caulked before paint · Daily cleanup so rooms stay usable · Final walkthrough with touch-ups before we pack up

FAQ
Interior Painting questions
Have a question that is not covered here? Call or send a message and we will get back to you.
Do I need to move my furniture before you start?
No. We move furniture away from the walls and cover it, and we cover floors too. We do ask that you put away small valuables, artwork and fragile items before we arrive.
Can you paint while we are living in the house?
Yes. Most of our interior work happens in occupied homes. We plan the order of rooms around your routine and clean up at the end of each day so the house stays livable.
How do you handle nail holes and small cracks?
Small holes and cracks are filled, sanded smooth and spot primed before painting. Larger drywall damage is handled as a drywall repair so the patch blends in with the wall around it.
Which paint sheen should I use in each room?
Flatter sheens hide wall imperfections well in living areas and bedrooms, while kitchens, bathrooms and trim usually do better with a sheen that wipes clean. We will walk through the options with you during the estimate.
Do you also refinish cabinets or remove popcorn ceilings?
Yes. Cabinet refinishing and popcorn ceiling removal are both services we offer, and they often fit well into an interior painting project. Ask about them when we come out to look at the rooms.
