Our company
How We Work
Luxe Painting & Remodeling serves Sarasota and Southwest Florida with residential, commercial, and restoration work. Our services include painting, drywall and stucco repairs, wood repairs, cabinet refinishing, flooring, and coordinated finish updates. Each project starts with a walkthrough, a clear scope, and preparation suited to the property.
Our work centers on preparation. Most of what makes a paint job or remodel hold up happens before the finish goes on, so we take the time to clean, repair, prime and protect. We cover floors and furniture, keep work areas tidy and clean up at the end of each day.
We serve homeowners, property managers, HOAs and business owners across Manatee and Sarasota counties and the wider Tampa Bay area. Every project starts with a walkthrough and a clear written scope, and ends with a punch-list walkthrough so you can see the finished work with us.
THE PEOPLE BEHIND LUXE
Owner-Operated. Backed by 17+ Years of Experience.
Our owner brings more than 17 years of hands-on experience to custom residential and commercial projects. We focus on careful preparation, protected work areas, clear communication, and consistent finish quality.
What we value
The standards behind every project
01
Preparation First
Cleaning, repairs and priming get the time they need, because that is what the finish depends on.
02
Clean, Protected Spaces
We cover floors, furniture and landscaping, and leave the work area clean at the end of every day.
03
Clear Communication
You know the scope, the schedule and what to expect next, and we flag surprises as soon as we find them.
04
Respect for Occupants
We schedule around families, tenants, guests and business hours so the property keeps working during the project.
Approach
Our Approach to Every Project
We start by walking the property with you, listening to what you want and pointing out repairs that should be handled before painting or remodeling. From there, you get a written scope that spells out the work, the areas involved and how we plan to sequence it.
During the project, we keep you updated and keep the site organized. When the work is done, we walk through it together, note any touch-ups on a punch list and complete them before we call the job finished.
Our process
A clear process from first call to final walkthrough
01
Consultation
We talk through your project, then walk the property to look at surfaces, repairs and goals.
02
Project Planning
You receive a written scope and estimate, and we agree on colors, finishes and scheduling.
03
Preparation
Furniture and floors are protected, then surfaces are cleaned, repaired, sanded and primed.
04
Professional Application
Paint, coatings and finish work are applied carefully, in an order that keeps the site organized.
05
Final Review
We walk the finished work with you, complete any touch-ups and leave the space clean.
